At this exciting time in our growth, we are seeking a R&D Programme Manager to join our experienced team, working directly with our Vice President of R&D and other senior level team members.
This position will play a pivotal role in the delivery of key projects through the preparation of project plans and schedules, project design, and the communication of project timelines, tracking and providing real time updates to all relevant stakeholders.
The R&D Programme Manager will resolve project issues by working with team members and outsourced collaborators. The R&D Programme Manager will manage strategic partnerships with collaborating organization’s such as contract research organization’s, bioanalytical laboratories and contract manufacturers.
The successful candidate will have a relevant honours degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related discipline and be keen to work and develop in a fast-paced environment in a scaling company.. A masters or post graduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred by not essential.
The successful candidate will also have 3-5 years’ experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment managing significant new project/product activities that require collaboration with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Operations is essential. Experience or qualification in project management is highly desirable.
